摘要:近年来随着互联网的快速发展,越来越多的企业希望通过互联网的方式能使新入职的员工更快的适应和熟悉自己的工作,这样企业能够节省更多的人力、物力以及财力,也便于企业对员工的管理。同时很多企业为了提高员工的综合素质,会不定期组织员工进行各项培训,以此来加强企业文化建设和提高员工的职业素养,基于此需求我开发了这套职工培训管理系统。本文先论述了职工培训管理系统的必要性,接着简单介绍相关的技术,系统的需求分析以及培训管理系统具体的功能模块,系统界面设计等。运用当下很流行的C#技术进行系统的开发,这对于企业职工培训管理的发展,提高员工适应工作的效率具有十分重要的意义。63496

The design and development of training management system for Shanghai Network Technology Co., Ltd.

Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet, More and more enterprises hope that the way of the Internet can make the new recruits faster adaptation and familiar with their work, Such enterprises can save more manpower, material resources and financial resources, but also facilitate the management of employees. At the same time, many enterprises in order to improve the overall quality of the staff will regularly organize staff training, to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture and improve employee occupation accomplishment, based on this demand I developed this set of employee training management system.
