ASP.NET的大学校园宿舍管理系统设计与实现

摘要因特网的出现大大减少了信息传输所需要的时间,给全球信息化革命加快了脚步,加速了全球信息处理和通信的速度。各个国家发展到21世纪后期,革命的新一轮热潮又迅速被掀起,企业传统的手工管理模式已经满足不了企业对相关信息管理的需求,为了应对市场变化,各个企业单位必须寻求新的经营管理方式,尝试新的管理方式来对相关信息进行管理。经过实际探索证明,信息化的管理模式能够高效管理企业的相关信息。与此同时,原有的管理模式,受到互联网大潮的影响,也逐渐由手工管理转为计算机软件管理。针对校园宿舍管理这一类需求,信息量比较大,就需要分权限设计,提供系统管理灵活性,方便管理者的使用和管理者的操作,最终达到提高管理效率的目的。63470

本系统是在软件工程设计思想的引导下,经过系统分析,简要设计,以及详细设计和软件测试开发而成。首先对目前存在的校园宿舍管理系统现状情况做了一些简单调研,同时根据调研的结果和发现的一些问题,来确定本课题研究的主要功能内容和设计结构。第二,分析我设计的校园宿舍管理系统的一些业务需求、功能需求和其他的非功能需求进行详细讲述,同时对系统所实现的功能的流程设计进行分析。最后一步,本课题对校园宿舍管理系统进行功能模块详细设计和实现,同时结合后台数据库以及数据表,给出详细的设计方案。结合大学期间所学习的编程开发技术知识,我决定使用ASP.NET技术来设计本系统,开发语言使用的是微软旗下面向对象的高级语言C#,数据库使用的是微软旗下对应的SQL server,按照软件开发的系统设计思路(总体设计,数据库设计,详细设计以及系统bug测试和修复)来进行。本系统通过系统管理员维护基础信息,维护使用系统角色;实现了宿舍管理、学生管理、工人管理、水电结算、假期留校、违规记录、来访记录、卫生管理、物品管理、寝室异动、宿舍维修、离校管理等功能。
