Abstract With the high-speed development of information industry, the informatization of education is quite imperative. The emergence of computer aided teaching platform is exactly the best embodiment of education informatization. Assistant teaching platform is a method of education, based on B/S mode in the Internet open network circumstance, which makes teachers and students never leave home to achieve teaching and learning.

In this paper, both theoretical and practical point of view is used in the design and implementation analysis of teaching platform. The paper introduces the concepts of OOA and OOP in detail systematically, especially the knowledge applied for this system, such as the theory and technology of ASP.NET and SQL Server .And this paper analyzes the background, the prospects  and the feasibility of the aided teaching platform, as well as the specific plan of the design, the goal and the overall structure of this platform.
