摘要本项目旨在为高校后勤部门设计开发一个教职工房产管理信息系统。该项目依托高校信息化进程，与高校OA 系统的建设同步，可实现高校后勤部门对教职工房产信息处理的自动化和办公的无纸化，提高部门管理工作的效率。使得部门间的信息传递更为准确、快捷、舒畅，降低办公成本。61155
因此针对目前高校职工住房问题，分析了职工的住房形式，设计出基于SQLServer2008的住房管理系统，开发和实现了高校住房管理的信息化和智能化

1.1.研究背景
