摘要：在当今信息技术的发展，在理赔管理中必须采用新的技术知识处理各种信息资料，加强信息传递，提高了工作效率。通过车辆理赔管理系统，使车辆理赔过程变得方便快捷。因此，根据目前的情况设计开发了一个车辆理赔管理系统，该系统能准确地把握客户和车辆的基本信息，以及信息的添加，删除，查询和修改等操作。58772

本系统采用B/S模式，使用JSP+ My SQL实现的。实现了客户信息管理、车辆管理、保险合同管理、理赔单管理和理赔记录管理功能。

Abstract: In the information technology development today, in claims management must use the new technology knowledge processing each kind of information data, strengthens the information transmission, enhances the work efficiency.
