Abstract:This paper describes in detail the development of college student apartment management system and the realization of the process, this paper mainly introduces the requirement analysis, conceptual design and detail design.
The system is in the website form, main modules include: user login module, personal information management module, announcement module, user information management module, the dormitory information management module, message management module and personal information management module. This system can effectively help to improve the ability and efforts of Huaiyin Normal University dormitory management, reduce the consumption of manpower and material resources.
System uses Microsoft integrated development environment for the development of VS2010, use the SQL2008 database to store data, development model with B/S architecture. System development should pay attention to the application of Webpage optimization techniques, such as jQuery, Ajax etc.

一、 绪论
1.1 项目背景
学生高校学生宿舍管理系统对于一个学校来说是必不可少的组成部分。系统是以淮阴师范学院学生宿舍管理业务为研究对象。淮阴师范学院是一所二本师范类高校，目前有20000多在读大学生，师资力量强大，整个院校有两个校区，包括东校区的25座学生宿舍楼以及西校区的10座宿舍楼。考虑到淮阴师范学院的实际情况，系统以淮阴师范学院的宿舍规章制度为管理模块的设计依据。
1.2 研究意义
