摘要：  在计算机技术日益成熟的信息时代下，每个行业都在使用计算机技术来提高服务效率和服务质量。据调查，当前大量的企业的员工管理方式还处于手工管理，这样不仅效率低，而且非常容易出现纰漏，从而导致更严重的后果，所以运用计算机技术来设计实现一个企业员工管理系统是很有必要的。50596
此次设计主要是为大多数公司管理员工提供一个可信性的方案。该系统一共有管理员信息管理、员工信息、员工信息管理、部门信息、账号注册修改这5个模块。管理员信息模块主要是展示了本系统管理员的基本信息，让管理员了解所有能够管理此系统的人，只有系统中的超级管理员才有权管理他们。员工信息和信息管理是两个主要模块，管理员可以根据需求对员工的基本信息进行相应的管理。部门信息则展示了公司内各部门的信息，其中能清晰看出人员的流动。最后账号注册修改模块是给予超级管理员一个注册新用户的权利。
本系统操作简单易懂，系统界面整洁美观，非常适合小型公司的员工管理。

 Design and Implementation of Employee Management System
Abstract: In the increasingly sophisticated computer technology in the information age, each industry is in the use of computer technology to improve the efficiency and quality of the service. It is not only the efficiency is low and very easy to make mistakes, which leads to serious consequences. So the use of computer technology to realize a business enterprise personal management system is very necessary.
This design is mainly to provide a credibility for most company staff management scheme. The system a total of administrator information management, employee information, employee information management, information department, account registered this five module is modified. The administrator information module mainly shows the basic information of the system administrator and allows the network administrator to understand all the people who can manage this system. Only the system of super administrator has the right to manage them. Employee information and information management are two main modules and the administrator can according to the demand of employee basic information for the corresponding management. Department of the information display of various departments within the company information, which can be clearly seen the flow of personnel. The final account registration modification module is to give a new super administrator user registration rights.
This system is easy to operate and the system interface is neat and beautiful. It is very suitable for small company employee management.
