摘要：计算机发展至今，信息化象征着时代的进步。随着社会竞争的激烈发展，企业也随着时代的发展趋势而进步。企业内部经常需要通过一些会议协商解决问题从而制定决策。会议室的管理实际操作非常繁琐复杂。现如今众多企业都是通过纸张纪录来实现会议室的预定，这种做法不但繁琐，而且造成的失误也非常多。若是投入更多的管理者，不仅增加企业的运营成本，还会降低了工作效率。随着计算机的快速发展，以及OA系统在企业单位中的普及，它强大功能已经普遍被人们所认识。会议室预定管理系统解决了传统会议管理的复杂、费时、低效等问题，一切交由计算机进行管理通知等操作。39076
本系统是基于Java的交互式数据可视化的应用程序。前端是通过用windowbuilder来实现一个可视化的前端操作。后台是通过MySQL搭建的简易的数据库。由于Java的可移植性和兼容性都非常强，从而极大地提高工作效率。
本系统主要避免了长期以来人为管理会议室造成的失误以及合理有效地运用企业资源，不造成资源浪费。运用本系统后，不但能够提高员工的工作效率，而且实现了企业资源的有效管理。管理员或者员工个人登陆后就能对自己订的会议室进行增加，删除，修改和查询的操作。
本文主要是针对如何利用先进的管理思想和IT技术创造一个动态的管理体系，为企业实现高效的管理提供了可行的解决方案。

Design and Implementation of Meeting Room Booking System
Abstract:
Development of the computer, the information symbol of the progress of The Times. With the fierce development of social competition, the enterprise with development trend of The Times progress, too. Enterprise internal often need through some meeting negotiation problem solving and decision making. Meeting room management actual operation is very complex. Nowadays many enterprises is achieved through the paper to record the meeting room booking, this approach not only cumbersome, but also cause errors are also very much. If more managers, not only increase the enterprise operating costs, will reduce the working efficiency. With the rapid development of computer, as well as the popularization in OA system in enterprises, its powerful function has been widely known by people. Conference room reservation management system solved the traditional meeting management problems such as complex and time-consuming, inefficient, all to the computer to manage operations such as notice.
This system is based on Java interactive data visualization applications. Front end is by window builder a visual the front end of the operation. The background is a simple database that builds by MySQL. Due to the portability of Java and compatibility is very strong, so as to greatly improve the work efficiency.
This system is mainly to avoid the long time management conference room caused by human errors and effectively use enterprise resources rationally, not cause waste of resources. After using this system, not only can improve the staff's working efficiency, and realize the effective management of the enterprise resources. Administrator or employee after landing can to increase their order of conference room, delete, modify, and query operations.
This article is mainly aimed at how to use the advanced management ideas and technology to create a dynamic management system, efficient management for the enterprise provides the feasible solution.
