摘要随着科学技术的快速发展，越来越多的信息充斥在人们周围，互联网已经成为目前最大的信息获取渠道。而在网络中对突发事件和常态事件的舆情走向进行监控和预警也显得极其重要。本文首先介绍了社会舆情和议程设置理论的研究现状，然后在议程设置和新闻事件的两个文度的理论基础上，分析了议程设置理论对舆情演变的影响。同时分别选取了一个突发事件和一个常态事件作为本文的研究案例，从媒体议程的来源、议程主题、公众议程的议程主题等方面，分析其媒体议程和公众议程的异同。揭示了在大数据环境下，突发社会舆情与常态社会舆情在议程设置上的异同及演变。34098
