摘要：“外包”近年来已经成为计算机领域很普遍的一种现象，它被很多国内IT工作者认为是“IT国际化”的必经之路，而紧随其后的外包项目管理便也成了一些企业研究并讨论的重点。
本次毕业设计（论文）依拖校企合作平台，根据企业单位所出题目，从研究单个外包项目到宏观的外包项目，分析外包项目的特点，及其管理上的特殊性。展开调研并依据结果做需求分析，最后为自己所实习企业设计开发一套外包项目管理系统，旨在巩固并发展大学所学知识并为公司更好管理项目，同时使自身对计算机行业有更深入了解。32578
本次毕业设计以外包项目管理系统设计与开发为题，设计开发一套基于asp.net技术的外包项目管理系统，以Visual Studio 2008作为开发平台，ASP.NET为开发环境，C#作为开发语言，使用SQL Server 2008作为后台数据库。利用图像处理软件设计页面，所有逻辑作图采用Microsoft Visio 2010。
本系统具有简洁的界面、操作简单、文护容易等特点。系统包括对外包项目的管理、文档管理、外包人员的人事信息及人事申请管理、工作记录管理，项目经理对外包人员的任务分配等。基本实现所有预设外包项目管理相关功能。

The design and development of the outsourcing project management system
Abstract:     
‘outsourcing’ has become more and more popular in recent years. People who worked in IT considered it as ‘The necessary way to the internationalization in IT’. Of course, following it, the outsourcing projects management has also become a focus to be studied and discussed in the enterprises.
This graduation design (thesis) is based on the union of university-enterprise cooperation, according to the subject which the enterprise gave. Investigating the "outsourcing projects service", and do the further analysis of the characteristics of outsourcing projects, the specific to the outsourcing project management, then design and develop the outsourcing project management system for the enterprise. It is aimed to consolidate and develop the university knowledge for me and the better project management for the company, as well as make myself have more in-depth knowledge of the computer industry.
This system is named the design and development of outsourcing project management system, to design and develop an outsourcing project management system. It is based on ASP.NET technology, with Visual Studio 2008 as a development platform, ASP.NET as the development environment, C# as the development language, using SQL Server 2008 as the background database. Using image processing software to design the pages, all logical mapping are drew by Microsoft Visio2010.
This system has the feature of simple interface, convenient operation, easy maintenance, etc. System includes the management of the projects, documents, outsourcing staff personnel information and personnel applying, work records, and the project managers can do the outsourcing staff task allocation, etc. It has realized all the functions of the systems basically and achived the aims of this graduation design.
