摘要：本文通过文献查阅，了解到移动互联网推广的必要性，微信的特性及未来发展趋势，微信对信息传播带来的影响，带来不同的用户交互体验，以及新形势下运用新媒体进行招聘的新尝试等最新理论成果，并为微信端招聘平台的开发奠定了理论基础。本系统分为前端和后台两部分，文中通过对HTML5 和 CSS进行研究，结合这两种技术开发此微信端用于招聘的前端动态网页。系统前端包括展示页和投递简历页两大部分,最终经过UI设计和技术开发得到一个用户体验度高，宣传招聘二合一的微信端动态网页。后台简历管理系统利用Access数据库，包括管理员管理,简历管理，面试官管理等模块。前端和后台的有机结合形成了简洁易操作的人才支持系统。28740

The talent support system planning and design in the Internet Age
——Take the development of micro channel recruitment platform as an example
Abstract: By reviewing literature, this paper understands the necessity of mobile internet promotion, wechat characteristics and the future trend of development, the influence of wechat bring different user interaction experience, and new situation, the use of new media recruitment of a new attempt of the latest theoretical achievements, and for the wechat end recruitment platform development has laid a theoretical foundation. This system is pided into two parts: foreground and background .The paper uses CSS and HTML5, and combines these two technologies to develop the dynamic web page of the foreground for recruitment. Foreground system comprises a display screen and delivery resume page two parts, eventually after UI design and technology development get a user experience degree is high, recruitment propaganda is the combo of the wechat side dynamic web page. Background and resume management system uses Access database, including the administrator management, resume management, interviewer management module. The organic combination of the front end and the background forms the simple and easy operation of the talent support system.
