The design of the company's personnel management system
Abstract: The stand or fall of personnel management implementation is related to the survival and long-term development of enterprises. The traditional personnel management, cumbersome and inefficient, for enterprises and institutions of the personnel management department, is very need a convenient operation, functional and practical, can satisfy the demand for employee information management and the enterprise system.
Company personnel management system development is aimed at the personnel department of a large number of business processing by computer to conduct a comprehensive modernization management.
