摘要：本课题设计在Android SDK2.2平台下，设计了一个智能手机图片浏览器。采用了Android平台的Framework层提供的接口，实现了拍照，剪裁，播放动感影集，网格模式，刷新，时间排序，浏览历史，图片旋转，图片放大，图片缩小，图片删除，图片重命名，图片动态切换等功能，支持jpg，bmp，png和gif图片格式，该程序是独立的apk文件，可以安装在android2.2以上的系统内。它可以让手机成为图片浏览器，来展示美好的图片，更可以随时随地的处理图片，如：我们可以将图片剪裁后做QQ、微信、微博等头像，可以将美图设置为我们手机桌面壁纸，更可以将美图以幻灯片的方式自动播放。系统操作简便，具有良好的扩展性；系统的基本功能经过在模拟器和真机上的测试，可以稳定的运行，能够满足手机用户的基本需求。24258

Abstract: This topic design on Android SDK2.2 platform, the design of a smart mobile phone browser.
