摘要：随着计算机技术、互联网科技、数据库等现代信息技术迅猛发展，计算机和网络已经在高校科研管理中占有举足轻重的地位。本文归纳了高校科研系统研究中的关键问题，指出了知识创新及信息化研究在科研系统开发构建中的重要作用。在总结了历年来与高校知识创新科研系统相关的论文基础上，具体讨论了国内外高校科研系统的相关概念、发展历史、目前的研究状况以及具体系统举例。本文总结介绍了现有系统的不足之处和已有的创新，并在吸收以前系统有点的基础上，对基于知识创新的高校科研信息系统进行了详细的设计和开发。最后，对系统的前景进行了展望，为高校科研系统的信息化、科学化、规范化发展打下了基础。24174

The design of a knowledge-innovation based
research information system among universities
Abstract: With the development of computer technology, Internet, database and other modern information technologies, computer and network has already hold a significant position in the management of research among those universities in China. The dissertation shows a conclusion about the critical problems encountered in using technology research systems. Moreover, it shows the relative conceptions about research systems, the history of it both internal and external, the present progress in universities in relative areas and the precise analyses on specific systems. By introducing the shortcomings and the innovations of existing systems, thoroughly learning the advantages of them, we can make the particular design and development on a knowledge-innovation based research system. In conclusion, the dissertation makes a long-term prospect on research system among colleges, and then builds the foundation of the development of informationization, scientization and standardization in research systems in university.
