摘要：当今社会是一个飞速发展的信息社会，信息技术在管理技术上的应用越来越深入和广泛，管理信息系统的实施在技术已逐步成熟，各行各业已离不开信息管理技术，而这正是计算机被广泛应用于信息管理系统的原因。为了能更好地为学校教育服务，把握好学生的需求，做好服务工作，图书信息管理的信息化是一条切实可行的道路。因此，建立一个图书管理系统是十分必要且急需的，它能够使图书信息管理工作系统化、规范化、程序化，避免图书管理工作的随意性，提高信息处理工作的速度和准确性，能够做到及时、准确、有效地查询和修改图书信息。
本文以英文版MyEclipse10.0版本作为Java语言的开发平台，用MySQL作为后台数据库的设计，以实现图书信息管理系统。系统的功能主要由：图书信息添加、管理、借阅，读者信息的添加和管理等。本系统的设计完成，可以使图书数据的统计查询轻松、精确实现，能够减轻图书馆管理员的工作负担，使图书信息管理能够实现系统化、规范化、程序化，也能够方便学生查询、借阅图书，充分地利用图书馆的资源。23978

Therefore, the establishment of a library management system is essential and urgent, it enables systematic information management books, standards, and procedures to avoid arbitrariness library management, improve the speed and accuracy of information processing work can be done timely, accurate and efficient query and modify library information.
    In this paper, the English version MyEclipse10.0 version prospects of development tools, designed with MySQL as the backend database, in order to achieve the library information management system. Function of the system is mainly composed of: adding book information, management, lending, readers and other management information to add. Design of the system is complete, you can easily make statistical inquiry book data, accurate implementation, can reduce the workload of librarians, so book information management to achieve systematic, standardized procedures, and can facilitate students inquiries, borrow books , make full use of library resources.
