摘要:随着全球信息化的发展,生活节奏越来越快,要求人们对信息的时效性越来越重视.传统的以报纸杂志为载体的新闻媒介早已不能满足人们对新闻内容的实时性的要求.所以基于web的新闻发布系统渐渐成为人们关注的焦点.首先,基于web的新闻发布系统的实时性要远远高于传统媒体.记者可以在第一线完成新闻稿件并通过审核在第一时间进行发布,发布后即时可被读者阅读.其次基于web的新闻发布系统的便捷性也高于其他媒体形式.系统一经上线,读者在世界任何一个角落,只要能够连接英特网就能在第一时间获取想要的新闻内容. 23849

The design of the News Release System
Abstract:     With the development of global information,in an increasingly fast pace of life，  people on the timeliness of information more and more attention. In the traditional newspapers， magazines as the carrier of news media can't meet people on the requirements of real time news  content. So the news publishing system based on Web gradually become the focus of attention. First, web-based real-time news publishing system is much higher than traditional media. Reporters can be completed in the first-line press release. Review after the release. Immediately after release may be readers.Second, web-based news publishing  system is also convenient than other forms of media. System applications, the reader  anywhere in the world, as long as the Internet will be able to connect the first time to obtain the desired information content.
