摘要：随着科技的进步和社会的发展，在线式的管理系统对于企业高效地运作有着举足轻重的作用。对于企业来说，业务种类繁多，且牵涉到的部门较多，采购业务通常会显得繁琐且杂乱，不仅不易于整理，同时也不易进行操作和管理。让计算机来完成这项任务无疑是最科学最有效的。23699
本系统能够满足企业员工在该系统中进行采购业务的操作，从科室职员发起采购到最后的管理员完成采购均涵盖在内。本论文结合了当今企业管理系统最流行的MVC的开发模式，通过SSH（Struts，Spring，Hibernate，Struts进行流程控制，Spring进行业务流转，Hibernate进行数据库操作的封装）来完成整个系统的架构。本系统通过使用JAVA设计语言， MYSQL数据库以及JSP从而设计和实现了一个功能全面，界面友好，操作简单的B/S系统。
