摘要：随着孵化园区的发展，传统的孵化方式已经不能满足在孵企业对孵化器服务的需求。而解决该问题的重要方式就是全面提高孵化器企业信息管理的信息化水平，给用户提供方便、高效率、高质量的工作环境。由于孵化器在我国发展时间不长，大多数孵化园区未能实现管理信息化，工作人员只是通过办公软件或部门软件来完成日常工作。这样导致了孵化园区工作人员办公效率低下，在孵企业的需求未能及时、有效地被解决。由此，建立一个实时、动态、科学、操作性强的孵化器企业信息管理系统，是必要的环节。通过需求调研，结合当前技术、长宁孵化园区实际需求和未来发展，在此，设计并实现了一套基于SQL Sever2005的“新一代数字技术孵化器企业信息管理系统”。22888
本文是针对孵化器企业信息管理流程，结合了网络办公的优点而研发的一套数字化管理系统，主要功能是实现孵化器企业信息管理网上办公，其中包括前台应用和后台管理。前台应用有企业信息、火炬计划等模块；后台应用有系统权限、高级用户管理及系统管理。前台应用功能主要有注册、登陆、信息录入、信息查询、密码修改、文件管理等。后台管理功能主要有注册用户申请审核、企业信息查看、企业信息审批、企业历史信息查看等。
