摘要：员工信息管理系统将繁杂的员工信息进行高效管理。系统开发选用ACCESS数据库，利用Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0进行网页编程技术。系统的实现主要包含4个基本模块:员工基本信息模块、员工考勤信息模块、员工薪资信息模块、系统管理模块，各模块可进行查询、添加、修改、删除、报表打印等功能。在设计过程中，对软件设置了员工和管理员两种不同的用户登录，进行权限设置。员工能进行查看和修改功能，而管理员的查询、添加、修改、删除和打印等功能都可以实现，这不仅加强了管理系统的安全性，也提高了其可行性。4641

Design of the Employee Information Management System
Abstract ：The complicated employee information can be handled by the employee information management system efficiently. Selecting the ACCESS database for system development, and Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 for web programming technology. System implementation mainly consists of four basic modules: Employee essential information module, Employee attendance information module, Employee wage information module, system management module. Each module can be queried to add, modify, delete，report printing and other functions. In the design process, the software set up staff and administrators in two different user login for permission setting. Employees can view and modify，and the administrator can query, add, modify, delete, and print，which not only strengthened the management of system security, but also improve its feasibility.
