论文以研究企业客户信用的管理系统化研究为目标,将当前企业信用管理方法与信息系统结合起来,研究出具体的适合企业的客户信用管理系统模式

摘要:企业的客户信用管理意义在于有效提升客户的质量。信用管理规范的企业对资信状况良好的企业给予超过市场平均水平的信用额度和信用期。而对于资信状况较差的客户,则进行现款交易或给予较小的信用额度和较短的信用期。对后类客户,其本来就存在资金周转的问题,在企业不给予融资机会时,一部分会慢慢退出,令一部分则看到资信状况较好的客户能得到更优惠的信用环境,会不断改变自身的资信状况,最终企业会拥有一个稳定守信的客户群,企业的形象也会得到很大提高。这对企业而言,是生存环境的改善,是一个对企业的发展起到推动作用的长期有利因素。随着中国经济的飞速发展和外商在中国投资的不断增加,行业竞争日趋激烈,为了在市场竞争中保持不败地位同时最大限度降低商业风险,企业对信用管理的需要变得越来越迫切。
将企业的信用管理与计算机信息化结合起来,整理规范出一套科学实用的管理流程,以系统的形式简化、实体化管理,为企业的客户决策提供决定性的可靠的科学依据。这样的客户信用管理信息系统的实现对企业的客户信用管理的普及化、规范化、深入化起重要作用。所以,本毕业论文研究企业客户信用的管理系统化研究为目标,将当前企业信用管理方法与信息系统结合起来,研究出具体的适合企业的客户信用管理系统模式。20181

Research on customer credit management system in Enterprise
Abstract: the customer credit management significance of enterprises is to effectively improve quality of customer. Standard credit management companies to give more than the market average credit limit and credit period on good credit status of enterprises. But for the poor credit status of customers, it is cash or credit to smaller and shorter credit period. On the client, which already exists the problem of capital turnover, in the enterprise does not grant financing opportunities, will gradually withdraw from part, the part is to see the credit status of customers, the better to get more favorable credit environment, change the credit status of the enterprise, and ultimately will have a stable trustworthy customer group, the image of the enterprise will be greatly improved. The enterprise, is the improvement of the living environment, is a development of enterprises play a role in promoting long-term favorable factors. With the increasing development of economy and the Chinese China foreign investment, industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce, in order to keep the invincible position in the market competition and reduce business risks, enterprises need to credit management becomes more and more urgent.
The credit management and computer information enterprise combination, code a set of scientific and practical management process, in a systematic form simplified, entity management, provide decisive reliable scientific basis for enterprise customer 
decision. Realization of customer credit management to the enterprise's popularization, standardization, development plays an important role in customer credit management information system of such. So, based on the research of the management system of enterprise customer credit as the goal, the current methods of enterprise credit management and information system together, work out the suitable mode of customer credit management system of enterprises.
