摘要：飞速发展的数字化信息技术对音乐产业产生了巨大的影响,音乐的播放与下载也已经成为了许多互联网运营商的主要业务。互联网技术促进了音乐产业的发展，各种新兴的音乐风格层出不穷，用户的欣赏喜好也因人而异。本课题是音乐信息的数据挖掘研究—音乐推荐系统的开发，通过音乐的风格流派，歌手名字等来查找歌曲，实现音乐的智能推荐。也就是说本课题等同于实现一个带有数据挖掘的音乐智能推荐的音乐播放系统。对于本课题来讲，其实质就是制作一个音乐后台数据库和一个首页前台，再将二者联系起来的过程。
本文分析了系统开发的背景和国内外音乐播放系统的发展现状，并对顾客需求作了比较详细的分析，详细阐述了设计音乐播放系统需要实现的功能，设计思路和实现手段。
本文通过系统概述、系统分析、系统设计、系统实施、开发总结，详细的说明了系统的开发过程，最后并对整个开发过程进行了总结。根据系统所需功能，以C#为开发平台，采用数据挖掘技术，结合SQL Server，根据用户的喜好来实现音乐的智能推荐。
本文设计的系统能够基本满足音乐推荐的要求，而且功能上除了推荐歌曲外，也可以播放歌曲，同时还能进行会员管理和歌曲管理。真正意义上实现了一个音乐播放所基本具备的功能，完成了论文课题所要求的内容。20139

Abstract: With the rapid development of digital information technology, it has a huge impact on the on the music industry。The internet technology has promoted the development of the music industry, a variety of new musical style appear one after another, users preferences also vary from people to people.The project is the Data mining research of the music information – the development of music recommendation system.This subject is about content-based music information retrieval method research. According to the music genre, artist name, ect. we can look for a song to make Intelligent recommendation. That is to say this topic is equivalent to the implementation of a data mining music intelligent recommendation of music playback system. For this issue is concerned , its essence is to make a back-end database and a home front ,and then link the two processes.
This paper analyzes the background of current system development and the domestic music system,and makes a detailed analysis of customer needs,and expounds the function the design ideas and the implementation tools need to be realized of the music system .
