摘 要区域贸易自由化是现今世界经济发展格局的重要趋势之一，而跨太平洋伙伴关系协定（简称TPP）是目前世界经济格局中重要的国际多边经济谈判组织，由亚太经济合作会议成员国中的新加坡、新西兰、智利和文莱四国发起旨在促进亚太地区的经济发展。2009年美国正式宣布成为TPP成员，并积极推广吸收东亚国家，迅速扩大TPP的谈判规模，此行动收到了世界各国的密切关注且具有相当的吸引力和挑战。10692
但是到目前为止，身为APEC重要成员、亚洲经济大国的中国并没有被邀请加入，中国的对外贸易不可避免地受到打击。TPP协议的签订已经是不可逆转的事实，在这种情况下中国更加密切关注整个TPP动态，在这种背景下，研究TPP协议对中国对外贸易有何影响以及中国面对TPP日益壮大应该采取怎么的措施具有重大意义。

Abstract
Regional trade liberalization is one of the most important tendencies in the development of world economy nowadays and the Trans-Pacific Partnership, the TPP for short, is one of the significant international multilateral economic negotiation organizations of the world economy. It was set up by Singapore, New Zealand, Chile and Brunei, aimed at improving the economic development of Asian-Pacific region. The United States formally announced that it had been the new member of TPP in 2009.It promotes the absorption of East Asian countries actively and expand the scale of the TPP rapidly, which has attracted attention from all over the world and has quite attraction and challenge.
However, as a rare example of a big Asian economy and one of the important members of the APEC, China has not been invited to take part in the TPP.As a result, foreign trade in China will be hard hit inevitably. The signature of the TPP has become a fact and China has to pay more attention to the trends of the TPP in this situation. Under this condition, it has important significance to study how the TPP impact on China’s foreign trade and what can China do to reply the increasingly growth of the TPP.

TPP协议的签订现今已成为全球经济的关注聚焦点。截至2015年，TPP成员国有美国、日本、澳大利亚、加拿大、新加坡、文莱、马来西亚、越南、新西兰、智利、墨西哥和秘鲁，其经济规模已占到全球经济总量的40%，货物贸易占全球总量30%。由此可见TPP协议的影响力不断增大，但中国始终未被邀请加入TPP协议的谈判，再联系上TPP协议由美国主导的本质，美国借助TPP协议来制衡中国经济发展的意图十分明显。
