我国对外资银行监管问题探讨

摘要在经济全球化、金融自由化的国际趋势下，金融风险的防范和应对成为各国尤其是发展中国家金融管理当局的主要目标。加入WTO以后，外资银行大规模进入我国，其经营范围不断扩大，对我国金融业的发展产生了越来越显著的影响，成为了我国银行业的重要组成部分。然而，我国对外资银行的监管仍然存在着很多问题。本论文从对外资银行监管的理论依据、我国外资银行发展现状及外资银行监管的国际经验出发，考察分析我国外资银行监管现状及存在的问题，探讨完善我国外资银行有效监管体系的政策选择和具体措施。9191

Title    Regulatory Issues of Foreign Banks in China
Abstract
In the international trend of economic globalization and financial liberalization, to prevent and respond to financial risks becomes the main objective of the monetary authorities in countries, especially developing countries. After joining the WTO, foreign banks enter China in large scale. Their business scope is expanding, and it has more and more significant impact on the development of China's financial industry. Foreign banks have become an important part of China's banking industry. However, there are still many problems in the regulation of foreign banks. In this paper, based on the theoretical basis of the supervision of foreign banks, the development status of foreign banks in China and the international experience of supervision of foreign banks to explore policy options and specific measures to improve the system of the effective supervision of foreign banks in China.

1．1 研究背景和意义
