摘 要：南北共建园区是为了协调江苏省整体发展水平，由苏南支持苏北发展建设，在苏北建立工业园区的一种发展方式。本文首先介绍了什么是南北共建园区及南北共建园区的形式，在了解南北共建园区的基础上列举出淮安现有的八个南北共建园区，之后对一些其他地方的有借鉴意义的南北共建园区发展优良的原因进行分析，接着指出一些淮安南北共建园区存在的问题，探求这些问题存在的原因。最后通过分析对如何能够使南北共建园区更好更快发展提出合理的对策以促进淮安南北共建园区的发展。58874
