摘 要：加工贸易在中国发展外向型经济中占主流趋势，因此无锡加工贸易的发展情况，是衡量无锡经济实力的一个重要指标。本文从无锡加工贸易发展现状方面分析了其进出口问题，对其相关产业升级转型提出了一些相应的意见及对策。首先描述了无锡加工贸易近三年来的发展现状和加工贸易的概念，其次根据现状对无锡加工贸易本土化程度低、创新能力不强、出口市场集中等问题进行讨论，最后结合实际情况提出了提高产业配套能力、自主创新能力、开拓海外投资和出口转内销的建议及对策。57660

Abstract: In the development of Export-oriented Economy, the processing trade accounted for the mainstream trade in it. As the development of processing trade is an important index that can measure the economic ability of Wuxi. The article analyzed from the aspects of processing trade on present situation of its import and export, then put forward a way to deal with a situation that can upgrade and transform the related industry. First, the article described the present development of the processing trade and the concept of the processing trade. Second, it discussed the problems, which are low degree of localization, weak innovation ability and the concentration of export market. Finally, with the actual situation came up with some suggestions and measures which are the improvement of industrial supporting and independent innovation, opening up overseas investment and exporting to domestic sales.

1 引言
伴随着经济全球化的影响，加工贸易在对外贸易中逐渐处于极其重要的地位，它还包括来料加工和进料加工这两种贸易方式。当今社会国际分工不断的深化，各国应根据自身的优势生产并出口有比较优势的产品，充分利用自身的资源及技术方面的资本，在国际贸易发展潮流中占领一席之地。
