摘  要：随着经济的快速发展，我国城市化进程加快，城市化率平均每年以一个百分点的速度增长。在这样的背景下，基础设施建设投资需求增大，海门建筑业迎来了发展的契机。本文概括了海门建筑业的发展现状，就其出现的建筑企业规模悬殊、施工安全管理不规范、分包制度不完善、核心技术竞争力不强等问题进行分析。同时针对这些问题，提出加强建筑企业结构调整、加强施工安全管控、完善分包管理制度和坚持“科技兴企”战略等措施，以促进海门建筑业更好地发展，早日实现从“建筑之乡”向“建筑之城”的跨越。57102

Abstract：With the rapid development of economy, China's urbanization process is accelerated, the urbanization rate is growing at one percent per year on average. In this context, the infrastructure construction investment demand, haimen construction industry ushered in the opportunity of development. This paper summarizes haimen construction development present situation, with respect to its scale disparity, construction safety management of construction enterprises is not perfect, the subcontract system, such problems as core technology competitiveness are analyzed. 1  引言
