摘 要：“十二五”是常州社会主义新农村建设，从传统农业向现代农业，实现建设全面小康社会的关键时期。现代农业产业化经营对提高农业整体效益以及建设社会主义新农村具有十分重要的现实意义。本文采用了对比分析和数据收集的方法，研究了常州市农业产业化的现状，发现了常州市农业产业发展存在利益联结机制不完善等问题，并对其在“十二五”期间采取的措施进行了探讨。结果表明扩大龙头企业规模，完善利益纽带等能够形成有效的农业发展机制。56129

Abstract："Twelfth five-year" is to build a new socialist countryside in Changzhou, from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture and realize the critical period of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Modern agricultural industrialization management in raising the overall efficiency of agriculture and constructing socialism new countryside has very important practical significance. This article adopts the method of comparative analysis and data collection, research the current situation of the agricultural industrialization in Changzhou, found out the agricultural development in Changzhou problems such as imperfect benefit coupling mechanism, and the measures taken during the "twelfth five-year" are discussed in this paper. Results show that expand the scale of the leading enterprises, perfect the interest’s link etc can form the effective mechanism of agricultural development.

1 引言
自中国加入WTO，中国的农产品市场一直保持与世界农产品市场越来越紧密的联系。日益紧张的国际农产品市场也为中国农产品发展带来了不少压力和发展动力。近年来，由于国内农产品价格剧烈波动，中央、地方不断提高对农业市场的监管力度，农业产业化龙头企业储备调节制度和应急体系也不断进行完善。所以，各省市也开始重视起各自的农业发展情况，以适应越来越紧张的国际农产品市场和日趋快速发展的国内经济。传统的农业发展策略已经不能再满足在快速发展的现代化经济下，变得愈来愈多样化的农业发展需求。在 “十一五”期间，常州市农业通过政策支持，开始积极地探求适合本市的市场管理长效机制，建立了一批专业性的农产品批发市场，迅速有效地推动了常州农业完成跨越式发展。 常州市农业产业化的问题及对策研究:http://www.751com.cn/jingji/lunwen_60576.html
