摘要：产业结构的发展和变化是衡量一个地区经济是否进步的标准，因此加速产业结构优化升级和生产方式转变就成为了一个城市发展的重要任务。本文经过钻研南京市的产业结构变革，分析出南京市以后产业成长的方向——加速改变产业结构和生产模式，融合信息化和工业化，增加产业的竞争力，完成产业结构转型。运用产业经济学、区域经济学等基本理论，从时间和空间两个方面分析南京市的产业结构和空间结构及其可能成因，同时运用区位商模型和经济效益模型，分析和定位南京市三大产业的近况，为以后一段时间南京主导产业的选取给出建议。56108

Abstract: The development of the industrial structure and change is a measure of a regional economic development standard, thus accelerating the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and the transformation of the mode of production has become an important task in the development of a city. In this paper, after the reform and research of industrial structure in Nanjing City, Nanjing City, after the analysis of industrial growth direction -- to accelerate the change of industrial structure and production mode, integration of information technology and industrialization, increase the competitiveness of the industry, to complete the transformation of industrial structure. Using the basic theory of industrial economics, regional economics, and the possible causes of industrial structure and spatial structure in Nanjing city from two aspects of time and space, at the same time using location quotient model and economic model, three industrial analysis and positioning the status of Nanjing municipality, for a period of time after the Nanjing leading industry selection recommendations.

1 引言
南京市是一个极具发展潜力的城市。地理位置杰出，基础建设完整，交通方便，工商业发展较好，人口密度大，市场发展空间大，投资环境比较优越，是海内外投资者较为喜欢的场地。南京市目前正在凭借自身优点，大力发展科技和高新技术产业。城市发展的主要动力是要素的跨地区流动，南京市作为江苏省省会自然也不例外。在产业经济学中，我们把要素的跨区域流动称作产业转移。在国际上，发达国家通过对发展中国家进行投资实现产业转移；在国内，目前的产业转移方向是由东部向中西部转移[1]，南京作为一个城市，其内部也存在产业转移。

2.1 南京市产业结构变化
