摘 要：云南省花卉产业发展迅速，花卉出口迅猛增长，展现出良好的发展趋势以及广阔的发展前景[1]。本文首先通过文献研究、数据图表的方法，在结合云南花卉产业发展、出口总量与出口地区的基础上阐述了云南花卉出口的发展现状，其次从产业化程度、自主创新能力、知识产权与出口手续这四个方面对现今云南花卉产业出口方面存在的问题进行了深入研究，最后，对以上存在的问题一一给出了相应的解决对策，包括：促进花卉产业集群，拓展花卉产业新发展模式、加强科技创新、加强保护花卉品种知识产权以及简化花卉产品的出口手续。56053

Abstract: The development of Yunnan flower industry is very fast. The rapid growth of flower exports showing a good momentum of development and broad prospects for development. In this paper, firstly, through the method of literature research, data and chart, combined with the development of industry, export quantity and export areas of Yunnan flowers, the current situation of the development of the exports of Yunnan flowers will be expounded. Secondly, from the industrialization level, independent innovation capability, intellectual property and export formalities, the current export problems of Yunnan flower industry will be conducted in deep research. Lastly, corresponding countermeasures will be put forward one by one to solve the problems above, including: Promoting industrial clusters of flowers and exploring new development model of flower industry, strengthening scientific and technological innovation, strengthening the protection of varieties of flowers of intellectual property rights as well as simplifying export procedures of flower products.

1 引言
