摘 要：港口作为推动城市经济发展的重要地理资源，已成为城市经济发展的生命线。南通港是既占据了“黄金水道”又占据了“黄金海岸”这两大优势的港口。南通港具有良好的区位和发展机遇，经验丰富，发展前景远大。本文研究了南通港口经济发展的现状，并阐述了一些港口发展的制约因素，如资金问题、竞争压力、集疏运体系问题、环境问题等。针对这些因素，本文提出了城港互动、招商引资、江海联动、采用多种运输方式、建设绿色港口等建议以促进南通港的可持续发展。 55967

Abstract: As a port city to promote economic development in the important geographical resources, has become the lifeblood of the city’s economic development. Nantong Port is both occupy the “golden waterway” has occupied the “gold coast” of these two advantages ports. Nantong Port has a good location and development opportunities, experienced, ambitious prospects. This paper studies the status of Nantong Port of economic development, and describes some of the constraints of port development, such as funding, competitive pressures, collection and distribution system issues, environmental issues. In response to these factors, this paper presents an interactive city harbor, investment, Jianghai linkage, using a variety of modes of transport, construction of green port proposals to promote sustainable development in Nantong Port.

1 引言
中国是一个港口众多的国家，在经济全球化趋势的推动下，港口经济越来成为港口城发展的重要力量和战略资源。
改革开放以来，港口与港口城市都得到了迅速的发展，港口的发展带来其经济腹地的发展，而经济腹地的经济实力增强必然能吸引更多的货源进入港口。城以港性，港为城用，成为必然的趋势。南通港是中国开放港口之一，又作为上海国际航运中心北翼的重要口岸，具有特有的区位优势，滨江临海，占据“黄金水道”又占据了“黄金海岸”这两大优势，发展潜力巨大，必将成为南通市壮大的重要力量。南通港拥有100多年的悠久历史，港口吞吐量巨大并且连年增长。江海时代的来临，南通港迅速发展的同时，问题也会相应出现。本文则将基于对南通港口现状的阐述，探索南通港口经济发展存在的问题，并将提出一些相应的解决措施，争取增大南通港的活力，推动南通港的发展。 南通港口经济发展现状及对策分析:http://www.751com.cn/jingji/lunwen_60347.html
