摘要在互联网迅猛发展的今天，电子商务成为中小型外贸企业快速发展的必然战略选择，义乌中小型外贸企业应该结合自身的发展特点，选择适合自己的电子商务发展模式快速、健康地发展。本文介绍了与本论文有关的相关基础理论，包括跨境电子商务与传统贸易方式的区别以及电子商务对国际贸易的影响。有了理论做基础后,本文运用调查问卷对义乌中小型外贸企业发展电子商务的情况进行了调查，并依据调查结果对利用SWOT模型对义乌发展电子商务的现状进行分析，从而提出义乌中小型外贸企业发展电子商务的策略和建议。通过本论文的分析，探讨电子商务在义乌中小型外贸企业中的应用，为义乌中小型外贸企业生存及发展之路做出一点理论和实践的探索。47829
Abstract
With the rapid development of the Internet, electronic commerce becomes the most important corporation strategy of many SMEs (small and medium foreign trade enterprises). To stay competitive and improve the level of companies, The SMEs in Yiwu should choose an appropriate development model of e-commerce based on the different features. This thesis introduces the related basic theories at the beginning, including the difference between cross-border e-commerce and traditional trading mode and the influence of e-commerce in international business. With the foundation of basic theories, a questionnaire about the status of e-commerce developed in SMEs has been posted. After analyzing the survey and using the SWOT model, some helpful and significant strategy and advice for the development of e-commerce in SMEs has been brought out. Summarizing the findings and analysis in this thesis and discussing the application of e-commerce in SMEs in Yiwu, some valuable theories for SMEs in Guangdong can be obtained.
