摘要目前，我国经济全球化程度加深，农业国际化也随之发展,我国的农产品也逐渐向国际市场的需求靠近，慢慢地加强了与世界的联系，促进我国农产品进出口的增加 ，同时我国农产品进出口贸易的竞争力也愈来愈强。在我国乃至东北亚，黑龙江省都是当之无愧的重要的农业生产基地，其粮食商品粮和存储量都是全国第一。改革开放30年来，黑龙江省的农业经济模式进行了一定的转变，扩大了黑龙江省农产品的进出口贸易规模，也增加了黑龙江省农产品进出口贸易的数量，农产品进出口贸易在促进黑龙江省的经济发展的作用也越来越明显。46480
本文主要分析技术贸易壁垒对黑龙江农产品出口的影响。首先，阐述了技术贸易壁垒的含义和表现形式。其次，主要分析了黑龙江省农产品贸易的现状特点，并对收到贸易壁垒的原因进行了分析。然后，主要研究技术贸易壁垒对黑龙江农产品出口的影响。最后，针对上面的结论，提出如何使黑龙江省农产品出口在面多技术贸易壁垒时制定正确的政策，以促进黑龙江经济又好又快发展。

Secondly, analyzed the present situation of Heilongjiang province agricultural product trade characteristics, and analyzes the received the cause of the trade barriers. Then, mainly study the effect of technical barriers to trade of Heilongjiang agricultural exports. Finally, in view of the above conclusions, the paper puts forward how to make the Heilongjiang province agricultural exports in the face more technical barriers to trade when the correct policy, to promote sound and rapid economic development in Heilongjiang province.
