摘要2008 年，美国为了应对金融危机，美联储采用了非常规的政策手段——量化宽松货币政策（Quantitative Easy）。实施了5年的量化宽松货币政策对于美国疲软的经济起到了一定的恢复作用。2013年6月美联储宣布将退出量化宽松货币政策，美元处在世界货币的地位，且中美经济联系紧密，其政策的调整必然会对我国经济发展造成一定的影响，我们有必要密切关注后势的发展，并采取必要的措施防范风险的发生。45756
本文从美国实行量化宽松货币政策的背景介绍起，分析量化宽松货币政策的实施以及对中美两国经济产生的作用、简述量化宽松货币政策的退出进程以及对美国国内经济的影响，进而通过传导机制分析美国退出QE对中国经济的影响，并提出相关的应对措施。

Abstract In 2008, the Federal Reserve of the United States used Quantitative Easing Monetary Policy, an unconventional policy instrument, to cope with the financial crisis. The policy which lasted for 5 years has played a positive role in recovering and promoting the economy in America. Later in June, 2013, the Federal Reserve announced that it would withdraw from the policy. As is known to all, the US dollar is the world currency, and the economic relation between China and America is closely connected, therefore, the adjustment of the policy must have certain influences on the economy development of our country. What we should do is to pay close attention to the tendency and take effective measures to avoid the risk.
This thesis consists of the following parts: The introduction to the background of the implementation of Quantitative Easing Monetary Policy in America, the analysis of the implementation of the policy and its influence on Sino-U.S. economy, the process of withdrawing from the policy and its effect of the economy in the U.S. Finally, the thesis will analyze the economic effects by transmission mechanism in China after America withdrawing from the policy, and put forward relevant measures.
