摘要在“十二五”后期，经济“新常态”下，我国的目标国内生产总值从原来的10%降到了7%左右，经济放缓是中国经济新常态的一种表象。经济“新常态”不仅仅是经济速度的放缓，在经济速度放缓的背后，还有经济结构的优化，增长动力的切换，制度环境的改变。因此，产业结构优化升级是经济转型的重中之重，是实现我国经济持续健康发展的必由之路。而金融是资金需求与供给之间的桥梁，对市场资源配置起到决定性作用，产业结构优化升级需要政策、资金的支持，所以经济的转型、产业结构的优化升级都需要以金融业的支持为基础，金融支持对产业结构优化升级起到了至关重要的作用。 本文详述了基于经济“新常态”下目前我国产业结构的现状，梳理了我国产业结构升级出现的问题，并且对这些问题进行了分析，运用数据统计分析了金融支持对我国产业结构升级的作用，在定性与定量分析结合的基础上，针对我国国情，提出有关我国金融支持产业结构升级的对策建议。45040

Abstract  During the late of the 12th five-year plan, under the situation of the "new normal" economy, our country's target gross domestic product (GDP) from the original 10% to now 7%, the slowdown is a sign of China's＂new normal＂ economy. "New normal" economy is not only slowing the speed, in the back of a slowing economy, there are also the optimization of economic structure, switchover of the growth power, the change of the institutional environment. Therefore, the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is the top priority of economic transformation, and is the only way to realize the economic sustainable and healthy development of our country. Finance is the bridge between demand and supply of funds and the market plays a decisive role in allocation of resources. The optimization and upgrading of industrial structure need the support of policy and funds. So the economic transformation and upgrading of industrial structure need to be on the basis of financial support, and financial support for the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure plays a vital role. This paper details the "new normal" economy under the present situation of our country's industrial structure, teasing problems of the upgrading of industrial structure in our country, and analyses these problems, using the statistical data to analyze the effect of financial support to upgrade the industrial structure in our country. On the basis of the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, in view of China's national conditions, I put forward relevant suggestions on financial support to upgrade industrial structure in our country.
