农地流转农民社会保障对农业转移人口迁移意愿的影响

摘要：研究目的：农村剩余劳动力转移至城市即能够增加农民收入，也有助于推进城市化发展进程，而现今农业转移人口完全迁入城市遇到了了困难，本文研究影响农户迁移意愿的因素，希望为农业转移人口迁移至城市提出相关建议。研究方法：基于农户视角，通过问卷调研187份数据，建立Logit回归模型对影农业转移人口迁移意愿的显著因素进行了分析。研究结果：影响农业转移人口迁移意愿的显著因素包括年龄、、务工收入、农地流转期限、就业稳定性。研究结论：根据农业转移人口迁移的意愿的影响因素为其迁移提出建议。38808

The Impact of Farmland Transfer, Farmers' Social Security on the Willingness to Migration of Agricultural Transfer Population
Abstract： Research purposes：The transfer of rural surplus labor to the city, can increase the income of farmers, also contribute to the process of urbanization development, however, the current agricultural transfer population has encountered difficulties in the city. this paper studies the factors affecting farmers' willingness to migrate, hoping to put forward relevant recommendations for the transfer of agricultural population to the city. Research method: Based on the farmer's perspective, through the questionnaire survey 187 data, establish logit regression model to analyze the significant factors of the desire of the shadow agriculture transfer population migration. Research results: The significant factors affecting the willingness of agricultural transfer of population include age, income, duration of rural land transfer, employment stability. Research conclusion: According to the influencing factors of the willingness of agricultural transfer of population, the migration of population was suggested.
