摘要：随着经济全球化的不断发展，现代物流业也发展迅猛。航空物流已经成为现代物流的重要组成部分，进入到了一个飞速发展的阶段，各种规模各种类型的企业对于航空货运的需求日益增加。本文通过学习借鉴国内外航空物流发展经验以及理性思考当前上海航空物流业现状的基础上，使用SWOT分析方法，通过运用企业核心竞争力、多元化战略、战略管理等专业理论知识，比较全面地对上海航空物流业发展现状的优势和劣势、机会和威胁等进行分析，并以战略对策研究分析为切入点，提出功能整合一体化、高效化产业竞争、个性化服务客户等战略对策。最后将理论知识与实际经验相结合，提出一些具体实施举措，厘清上海航空物流业发展趋势，提升上海航空枢纽的竞争力和商业价值。37795
