摘要：伴随着我国经济的巨大发展，农村土地流转初具规模，土地流转市场也逐步扩大。我国的土地流转还处在初级阶段，土地制度不是很完善，因此在土地流转过程中出现了很多纠纷案例。美国、英国、日本作为发达国家，其健全的土地制度为土地有效的流转提供了很大的保障。借鉴这些国家的先进经验，我们意识到切实保护农民土地权利的重要性，再提出相关的政策建议，例如完善土地流转相关法律法规，完善土地流转中介组织，完善农村土地流转保障制度等，为加快中国土地流转，发展现代农业，起到了积极作用。 36791

The international experience of promoting the rural land transfer and the enlightenment to our country
Abstract: With the great development of China’s economy,the rural land transfer has begun to take shape,and the market of land transfer has been kept growing gradually.However,our country’s land transfer is still in an early stage,land system is not impeccabel.Therefore,there are mang disputes and cases in the process of land transfer.Developed countries,such as America,British and Japan ,provied effective land transfer with guarantees through their perfect land transfer system.Learing from the advanced experience in these countries,we realize the importance of protecting peasants’ rights to land ,and then we can put forward some relevant policy proposals,such as laws which can be used to complete the process and the system of land transfer.These policy proposals play a positive role in accelerating devolopment of our country’s land transfer and developing agriculture.
