摘要：随着对茶叶规模化、健康型、高附加值等方面的要求越来越高，全球各类国家以保护人类健康和环境保护为由的绿色贸易壁垒就由此产生了。茶叶作为福建省的特色农产品，以其源远流长的历史积蕴而闻名于世。长期以来，茶叶是福建传统的出口创汇产品之一，其生产量、消费量和出口量均居世界前列。但是，由于缺乏对绿色贸易壁垒的认识、出口地区过于集中化和没有高规格的茶叶检验体系等原因，近年来该省的茶叶出口量呈现出渐渐下滑的趋势。本文将从行业、政府、企业等各个角度来探讨福建茶叶出口所存在的各种问题及原因，并提出了福建茶叶出口的相关对策：积极应对绿色贸易壁垒，完善检验体系，加强茶叶生产基础建设，努力实现产业优化。32576

Influence of Green Trade Barrier on Fujian tea exports
- A Case Study of Fujian BAMA Tea Co.Ltd
Abstract: With the tea scale, health-based, high value-added and other aspects of the increasingly high demand, global groups of countries to protect human health and the environment on the grounds of the green trade barriers thus produced. Fujian tea as a feature of agricultural products, with its long history and famous plot . For a long time, tea is one of the traditional export products in Fujian, its production, consumption and export volume ranking the world. However, the lack of understanding of the Green Trade, Export reasons too centralized and there is no high-profile inspection system and other tea, tea export volume of the province in recent years, showing a gradually declining trend. This article from the perspective of each industry, government and enterprises to explore the causes of the problems and the existence of Fujian tea exports, and proposed countermeasures of Fujian tea exports: coping with the green trade barriers, improve the inspection system, strengthen the infrastructure of tea production ,efforts to achieve industrial optimization.
