湿地+生态沟渠循环水养殖系统净化及养殖效果的研究

摘要:【目的】为了能够给更好的健康养殖提供更加科学的运用依据,给人们带来了巨大的水产经济效益以及生态效益,本实验通过对水质各指标的去除率的检测,以及对比生态区和常规区的鱼类生长,来掌握水体变化的规律。【方法】通过对生态沟渠、湿地等相关水体进行为期三个月的检测,检测的指标有总磷(TP)、高锰酸盐(CODMn)、氨氮(NH3-N)、总氮(TN)亚硝酸氮(NO2--N)、正磷酸盐(PO43-),分析这些指标的每月去除率以此来评价养殖系统的净化和养殖效果。以及将生态养殖模式与园区附近的常规池塘养殖模式进行了对比,开展了主养草鱼的养殖模式的研究。【结果】总磷(TP)平均去除率为56.08%,总体趋势平稳;高锰酸盐(CODMn)平均去除率为8.04%,总体趋势变化较大;氨氮(NH3-N)平均去除率为43.82%,总体趋势较为平稳;总氮(TN)平均去除率为32.22%,总体趋势变化较大;亚硝酸氮(NO2--N)平均去除率为45.08%,总体趋势较为稳定,后期波动较大;正磷酸盐(PO43-)平均去除率为51.64%,总体趋势波动较大。【结论】通过检测指标的去除率来看,大体净化效果不错,但不够稳定,不同月份间波动较大,还需对循环系统进行改造。29779

The monthly removal rate of these indicators was analyzed to evaluate the purification and breeding effects of the farming system. we make the ecological breeding model was compared with the conventional pond culture pattern near the park, and study on the breeding model of the grass carp, mixed carp, silver carp, bighead carp and herring was carried out..[result]The average removal rate of total phosphorus (TP) was 56.08%, the overall trend was stable; the average removal rate of permanganate (CODMn,) was 8.04%, the overall trend changed greatly; the average removal rate of NH3-N was 43.82%. The average removal rate of total nitrogen (TN) was 32.22% and the overall trend changed greatly. The average removal rate of NO2—N was 45.08%, the overall trend was more stable and the later fluctuated. The average removal rate of phosphate (PO43-) was 51.64%, and the overall trend fluctuated greatly.
