摘要：本文采用我国电子信息企业公司年报的面板数据，基于分位数回归检验方法，实证分析了中国电子信息产业，OFDI逆向技术溢出效应对技术创新的影响。研究表明，在我国电子信息产业中，存在显著的OFDI逆向技术溢出效应。在一段时间内不断增加OFDI会对技术创新带来显著的正向效应。但OFDI存在门槛效应，当超过某一临界点时，持续地增加OFDI并不能对技术创新有显著的影响。同时企业的技术吸收能力会对技术创新有显著的正向效应，并且随着企业技术吸收能力的不断提高，企业的技术创新水平也会不断提升。27459

The Impact of OFDI Reverse Technology Spillovers on Technological Innovation - Taking Electronic Information Industry as an Example
Abstract：Based on the data of 2007-2016 China Electronic Information Enterprise Annual Report, this paper analyzes the effect of OFDI reverse technology spillover effect on technological innovation which based on the quantile regression test method. The research shows that there is a significant effect of OFDI reverse technology spillover in China's electronic information industry. Increasing OFDI will bring significant positive effects to technological innovation over a period of time, but OFDI has a threshold effect. When it exceeds a certain critical point, increasing OFDI continuously can not have a significant impact on technological innovation. At the same time, the absorptive capacity of enterprises will have a significant positive effect on technological innovation, and with the continuous improvement of enterprise technology absorption capacity, will enable enterprises to improve the level of technological innovation.

OFDI逆向技术溢出对技术创新的影响——以电子信息产业为例
一、    引言
随着中国经济对外开放水平的不断提升、“一带一路”国家战略的实施，中国对外直接投资发展速度迅猛。据中国商务部发布2015年发布的，关于中国对外直接投资统计公报数据可知，中国投资流量已经跃居全球第二，超过同期的吸收外资规模，实现资本净输出。并且，中国的对外直接投资是覆盖国民经济的所有行业，共实现在全球外国直接投资流出总流量1.47万亿美元。在较上年增长近12个百分点的背景下，中国对外直接投资流量创下历史新高，达到1456亿美元，同比增长18个百分点，超越日本成为全球对外投资第二大国，说明中国对外直接投资已经进入加速发展阶段。并且同时指出，中国在信息传输/软件和信息服务业等领域的投资有较大幅度的增长。近几年，中国电子信息产业发展态势迅猛，已不满足处于全球生产、加工产业链的低附加值环节，并且将提高企业自主创新能力作为一个重要目标。 电子信息产业OFDI逆向技术溢出对技术创新的影响:http://www.751com.cn/jingji/lunwen_21940.html
