摘要：2013年，中央一号文件首次提出“家庭农场”概念。家庭农场作为一种新的经营形式出现在我国的农业领域，它的发展离不开金融的大力支持。家庭农场是新型农业经营体系的重要组成部分，能够扩大家庭生产经营规模，增加农户农业经营收益。然而，随着农业经营规模的扩大，资本、技术、机械等生产要素投入的增加，家庭农场面临资金短缺、融资困难等主要难题，现行的农村金融体系无法满足家庭农场在发展过程中的融资需求。当前，我国农村金融体制不完善，农村金融保险市场发展滞后，较高的交易成本、复杂的贷款手续、短缺的抵押担保物都影响了家庭农场顺利获得农村金融支持，阻碍了家庭农场的发展壮大。为满足农户生产性和消费性的金融需求，了解农村金融借贷现状，本文以江苏宜兴与睢宁的家庭农场为研究对象，通过logistic模型实证分析家庭农场的金融需求特征以及农村金融对家庭农场的支持度及影响因素，并进一步得出结论和建议，促进我国家庭农场及农村金融体系的健康发展。25696

Rural financial institutions’ support to the family farm and it’s influencing factors analysis
Abstract：in 2013, the central concept of "family farm" is put forward for the first time.The family farm as a new management form of agriculture in our country, and it's development cannot leave the financial support.The family farm is an important part of new type of agricultural management system, to expand domestic production and operation scale, increase farmers agricultural operating earnings.However, with the expansion of agricultural management, capital, technology, machinery and other production inputs increase, family farms face major problems such as shortage of funds, financing difficulties, the current rural financial system cannot meet the family farm in the process of development financing needs.At present, China's rural financial system is not perfect, the rural financial development lag of insurance market, high transaction costs, complex loan procedures, the shortage of collateral can affect a family farm for rural financial support, hindered the development of the family farm.To meet the financial needs of farmers producer and consumer, to understand the rural financial borrowing the status quo, this paper takes JiangSu Yixing with Suining family farm as the research object, through the logistic model and the rural financial demand characteristics of the empirical analysis of the family farm financial support and influence factors of the family farm, and come to the conclusion and the suggestion, further promotes our country family farms and the healthy development of the rural financial system.
