摘要：航运业是高投资高风险的产业，航运保险则作为航运业的一种补偿机制，在国际航运的发展中起着不容忽视的作用。目前我国航运保险业虽在一定程度上推动了航运业的快速增长，但仍存在着业务结构单一，竞争环境恶劣，专业人才匮乏等问题，致使我国航运保险业的发展落后于航运业对其的需求。因此，现阶段我国航运保险的发展迫切需要从积极引导航运保险业产品均衡发展，营造良好外部环境，加强专业人才培养等方面进行突破,从而提升我国航运保险业的整体实力，进而推动我国航运业的持续高速发展。 关键词：航运保险；保赔保险；再保险
 
Analysis of the Current Development of China's Shipping Insurance and Countermeasures
Abstract:The shipping industry is an industry of high investment and high-risk ,  as a compensation mechanism of the shipping industry, shipping insurance plays a role that can not be ignored in the development of the international shipping. Shipping insurance industry in China has been promoting the rapid growth of China's shipping industry to a certain extent, but it still has many problems, such as the simple structure of the business, the harsh competitive environment, lacking of professionals, and other issues, which results in the development of China's shipping insurance industry behind the shipping industry needs to it. So at this stage China's shipping insurance urgently needs to breakthrough in some aspects, such as actively guiding the balanced development of China's shipping and insurance products, creating a favorable external environment, strengthening the training of professionals and so on , in order to enhance the overall strength of China's shipping insurance industry, thus promote the sustained and rapid development of China's shipping industry.
