What will Shanghai Free Trade Zone bring to China?
Abstract: Shanghai Free Trade Zone (FTZ) has already become one of the hottest topics about China in 2013. It is of utmost urgency that China should develop the economic all the time. On the basis of upgrading the four special customs supervision in our country, Shanghai FTZ will have a new breakthrough in deepening reform, accelerating transforming government function, expanding service sectors and so on. Then, what on earth will bring to China for the construction of Shanghai FTZ has already been the attention of the people from all fields of people. The purpose of this paper is to study the impact of the newly established Shanghai FTZ on economy of China by means of analyzing the meaning of the construction of Shanghai FTZ with the introduction and the background of Shanghai FTZ as the breakthrough point, and study the economic chain reactions of Shanghai and surrounding areas after the establishment, and get the problem in the construction that Shanghai FTZ will threat to Hong Kong whether or not, and the establishment of Shanghai FTZ brings new opportunity to Shanghai and even to the whole China in economic development, while it brings risks and challenges as well.
