Abstract
Financing is a problem that enterprises need to focus on during operation, foreign equity financing has become an important part of Chinese enterprises’ financing behavior. In this thesis ,I summarized and analyzed the development and status quo of Chinese enterprises overseas equity financing. In the first part, the selected topic background and research significance is introduced, and reviewed the related theories and research results; The second part introduces the beginning of Chinese enterprises overseas equity financing as well as the development and current situation, and the characteristics of Chinese enterprises overseas equity financing is analyzed; The third part discusses the reason, the results and the existing problems of Chinese enterprises overseas equity financing; at last combining with current situation and problems of Chinese enterprises overseas equity financing related suggestions are put forward.
