摘要：中美就解决WTO电影相关问题的谅解备忘录达成协议，该协议对中国电影业的影响颇深。首先，从中国引进美国电影的现状分析入手，谈论该协议对中国电影业所造成的四点直接影响；其次，通过回顾中国电影自引进大片以来十八年的发展历程，客观分析了对该协议所持的乐观和低沉态度的原因；最后，指出未来十到二十年是中国电影壮大的关键期，并对此提出了冷静而积极的建议。20455

The Parsing about the Influence of the New Deal on Films between China and the US to Chinese Films
Abstract: On February 18, 2012, the new agreement which resolves the related WTO problems between Chinese movies and American movies has deep impact on Chinese film industry. First, the thesis talks about the four direct influence  on  Chinese  film  industry  of  the  agreement; Second,  through  the  review  of  the  development  of  Chinese films  since  blockbusters  were  imported  eighteen  years  ago,  it  objectively  analysis’s  the  reasons  of  holding optimistic and low attitude towards the agreement; Third, it points out that another ten to twenty years is the critical period of Chinese movie expansion, then raises some calm and positive suggestions.
