摘要:我国商业银行始终存在着存贷款业务单一,产品同质化严重和中间业务发展薄弱等问题。由于自身创新能力不足,银行可以通过跨国并购来迅速直接地弥补自身业务不足,实现业务产品线的全面拓展。
文章首先介绍了中资银行的业务产品线和跨国并购的相关概念,然后重点分析了我国商业银行当前的业务发展现状,说明了银行的业务结构体系不合理且实力不强。要又快又好地解决这个问题,跨国并购成了不二选择,这是由历史经验和现实因素共同推动的。对近年来我国银行跨国并购的案例进行的研究,说明了并购的可行性。而现实因素包括经济全球化的推动,银行业激烈竞争的压迫和并购带来的规模效应、协同效应的益处等等。最后,文章结合国内外并购的成功案例,提出我国商业银行怎样进跨国并购来完善产品线的的策略和建议,并及时整合相关资源达到最优化。10930

Title   The cross-border M&A strategy on the business product line in Chinese commercial banks                         
Abstract
The problems still exists in China's commercial banks, such as simple types of deposit and loan, serious product homogeneity and weak development of intermediary business. Because of its lack of innovative capacity, the bank can make up their products and achieve full expansion of the business product line promptly and directly through cross-border M&A.
The article first introduces the related concepts of product lines and cross-border M&A of banks, and then analyzes the current business development status of China's commercial banks, indicating the unreasonable business structure system. To solve this problem faster and better, the cross-border M&A become the choice, which is co-driven by historical experience and practical factors. The study of the cases of cross-border M&A of Chinese banks in recent years indicates the feasibility of M&A. Practical factors include the promotion of economic globalization, the oppression of the fierce competition of the banking sector and supplemented by acquisitions of scale, the benefits of synergies. Finally, combined with the successful stories of domestic and international M&A, the article raised the suggestions of how China's commercial banks improve their product line through the cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and timely integrate the resources to optimize.
