摘 要：学习动机是激励和指引学生学习的内部动力，直接影响学业成绩水平和学生发展。当代基础教育改革中倡导学生主动学习、快乐学习，这都依赖于学生学习动机的培养。本研究从学习兴趣、学习态度、学习目的、成绩的归因因素等四个方面探究小学生学习动机的内在结构，分析小学生学习动机的发展特点和水平，为教育教学和学生有效学习提供借鉴。64119

Abstract: Learning motivation is to stimulate and guide students to learn the internal power, directly affect the academic achievement level and the development of students. To encourage students to active learning, happy learning of contemporary basic education reform, which rely on the developing of students' learning motivation. This study from the learning interest, learning attitude, learning objectives, achievement attribution factors four aspects of primary school students' learning motivation intrinsic structure, analysis the development characteristics and the level of primary school students' learning motivation, to provide reference for effective teaching and students' learning.
