摘要本论文通过向钨系延期药中添加纳米CuO ,筛网干混,配制不同配方的改性延期药,考察纳米材料对钨系延期药热分解性能以及燃烧性能的影响。
采用多种方法制备纳米材料并利用 XRD 对纳米材料进行表征,采用TG和 DTA 方法考察钨系延期药的热分解特性,结果表明,加入纳米CuO后,钨系延期药放热峰起始值变化随纳米材料CuO的变化而变化。吸热峰和放热峰起始温度变化不大,纳米材料的添加,催化作用较为明显。8662
通过测量按不同配比添加纳米CuO的钨系延期药的燃速,实验研究了纳米材料对钨系延期药燃烧性能的影响。结果表明,纳米CuO对钨系延期药的燃速有催化作用,量不同有不同的催化效果,添加配比为1%、6%、8%,提高钨系延期药的燃速,纳米CuO添加配比为2%、4%降低钨系延期药的燃速。但是纳米材料的粒径才是影响燃速的主要因素。

Title    Experimental Study on Combustion Performance of Long Seconds Delay Composition was Modified from Nanomaterial                     
      Abstract
Tungsten type delay composition was prepared by dry-mixing method,through the addition of nano-CuO ,thermal decomposition and combustion capability of tungsten type delay composition were studied.
The nature of nanomaterials was tested by XRD and Electron Microscope, thermal decomposition characteristics of tungsten type delay composition were studied by TG and DTA methods.The results show that Tungsten type delay exothermic peak starting value change with the changes of nanomaterials CuO change after adding nano-Cuo.Endothermic peak and exothermic peak onset temperature change is small, the addition of nano-materials makes the catalytic effect is more obvious.
By measuring the burning rate of the tungsten type delay to add different proportions of CuO, the experimental study of the impact of nanomaterials on the combustion performance of the tungsten type delay. The results show that Nano-CuO catalyst of tungsten type delay burning speed, different amount of different catalytic effect. Improve tungsten type delay the burning rate by adding the ratio of 1%, 6%, 8%, reduce tungsten type delay of the burning rate by adding the ratio of 2%, 4%. However, the particle size and crystal shape of the nanomaterials is the impact of the burning rate of the main factors.
