摘要本文以疏水的苯乙烯(St)和亲水的马来酸酐(MAn)及丙烯酸(AA)为原料,以三硫代碳酸二(α,α′-二甲基-α-乙酸)酯(BDATC)为链转移剂,通过可逆加成-断裂链转移(RAFT)聚合方法,合成了一系列具有双亲性的三嵌段共聚物聚苯乙烯-b-聚(苯乙烯/马来酸酐)-b-聚丙烯酸(PSt-b-PSMA-b-PAA)。采用核磁共振仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪等手段对共聚物的结构与性能进行了表征。

本文通过静电纺丝的方法,制备了双亲性的PSt-b-PSMA-b-PAA聚合物纳米纤维。之后通过与无水乙二胺的交联反应,得到了结构固定化的交联纤维。通过偏光显微镜、红外光谱仪等手段对其形貌、结构进行了表征,并利用接触角测试仪对其表面润湿性进行了测定。研究了不同溶剂、pH、不同温度及聚合物不同的链段组成等因素对非交联和交联纤维表面亲疏水性的影响。此外,用甲苯和水反复处理纤维表面,可以使表面的润湿性在疏水和亲水间可逆的转变。

Abstract

In this paper, a series of amphiphilic block copolymers, PSt-b-PSMA-b-PAA, were synthesized by the reverse addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) process using BDATC as linking agent. The structure and the performance of the polymer were determined by 1H NMR, FTIR and DSC. 

An amphiphilic nano-fibers were prepared by electronspinning of solutions of PSt-b-PSMA-b-PAA. Then, the immobilized cross-linking fibers were obtained by reaction with ethanediamine. Polarization microscope and FTIR were used to characterize the morphology and structure of the pristine and modified nano-fibers. And the surface wettability of the fibers were determined by contact angle tester. Factors such as solvent, pH, temperature , length of the segments and so on could influence the surface wettability. Moreover, the surface could be reversibly turned between hydrophilic and hydrophobic with treatment with water and toluene.
