氧化钛纳米管的聚苯胺超级电容器研究

摘要为探究聚苯胺超级电容器电极性能的影响因素,本文以TiO2纳米管阵列为基体,利用循环伏安法制备PANI/TiO2复合电极,并研究聚合量,电流密度以及不同还原方法对PANI/TiO2复合电极比容和功率密度等性能的影响。实验表明,负压还原对电极性能影响较好;比容随着聚合量的增加而衰减,而功率密度随着聚合量的增加而增大,功率密度为0.0256mW·cm-2时,对应的比容为7.743mF·cm-2;而功率密度为0.514 mW·cm-2时,对应的比容为6.286 mF·cm-2, 即功率密度提高20倍时比容并没有显著的衰减,表明该PANI/TiO2 复合电极具有优异的倍率特性和功率特性;随着电流密度的增加,比容会产生衰减,而功率密度却稳步增加,在2.0mA·cm-2的高电流密度下,比容仍能保持电流密度0.1mA·cm-2时的80%以上,即电流密度扩大20倍,比容却没有明显的衰减,这再次表明该复合电极具有良好的倍率特性,能够在大电流下快速充放电。63631

Title  Titania nanotubes based supercapacitors of polyaniline

 Abstract

To explore the properties of polyaniline Supercapacitor Electrode factors, this paper TiO2 nanotube arrays as the substrate, prepared by cyclic voltammetry PANI/TiO2 composite electrode and the amount of the polymerization, the current density and the different methods for reducing the composite electrode PANI/TiO2 hematocrit and power density performance. Experimental results show that the negative pressure reduction effects on electrode performance is better; hematocrit increased with the amount of attenuation of the polymerization, and polymerization with the amount of power density increases, the power density of 0.0256mW · cm-2, the corresponding hematocrit 7.743mF · cm-2; the power density is 0.514 mW · cm-2, the corresponding specific volume of 6.286 mF · cm-2, the power density of up to 20 times the specific volume and no significant attenuation, suggesting that the PANI/TiO2 composite electrode having excellent rate characteristics and power characteristics; as the current density increases, the specific volume is attenuated, and the power density is increased steadily, 2.0mA · cm-2 at a high current density, the specific volume can maintain a current density 0.1mA · cm-2 when more than 80%, the current density is expanded 20 times with no apparent attenuation of hematocrit, which again indicates that the composite electrode has excellent rate characteristics, the large current can be quickly charge and discharge.
